Scratchboard Art

Scratchboard art is a unique medium that is not widely used.  Originals are very tedious and time consuming to produce.  A board is layered with an eighth of an inch of white kaolin clay and then layered with many layers of black India ink. I choose to paint with archival lightfast acrylic ink.
